In this hands-on, interactive session, participants will explore the foundations of plant care alongside the therapeutic benefits of engaging with nature. Together, we’ll discuss how plants can support cognitive function, mood/regulation, and overall well-being, while introducing simple plant therapy practices that encourage mindfulness and personal growth.

I shared my story, called Poppa’s Orchids, which you can read now in the Nature-Inspired Writing section of this website. They were such a lovely group, whom I sat with to enjoy lunch, and I will be going back to enjoy more moments with them!
