Together, we’ll discuss how plants can support cognitive function, mood/regulation, and overall well-being, while introducing simple plant therapy practices that encourage mindfulness and personal growth. This workshop will teach practical care techniques through hands-on experience, including passing around a variety of indoor plants and troubleshooting common challenges such as root rot, yellowing leaves, overwatering, and pruning. Each participant will select, water, and label a plant to take home, building confidence in nurturing living things beyond the workshop.
